Tropical Rainforest

Tropical rainforests are hot with heavy rainfall. They are home to more than half of the existing plant and animal species in the world. Rainforests absorb carbon dioxide in the air and release oxygen. This helps to stabilize the climate and slow down global warming.

Through the library collections in the “Multimedia Information System”, children can learn the features of tropical rainforests, the amazing plants and animals, and the importance of preserving the forests.
